CHELSEA TRUCKS

They never stalled,

Relentlessly they roared,

Blaring on repetitively

Early and late,

Infringing on motion

In the day

And sleep

In the evening.

Their rumble and bellow

Were sounds of labor,

Of men working and

Providing for family,

A necessary and

Productive intrusion

On the sensibilities

Of all.
